Install Game Click the 'Install Game' button to initiate the file download and get compact download launcher. Locate the executable file in your local folder and begin the launcher to install your desired game. So pleased was I with the Barbie Hairstyler game, that in fact it was me who purchased Secret Agent Barbie. I was not let down. The full 3-D graphics are stunning (3d video card required.) I don't just mean they look good, they have the look and feel of artistry; like a Hollywood cinematographer designed them. The soundtrack rocks.
I helped them put all the newest drivers into the system (ATI, DirectX 8.1, etc.). The game has been uninstalled / reinstalled too many times to count. When I was there I installed the game (again) and the first time I ran it, the thing worked. After the first time, it's back to not working again. When you get into the game (past all the intros), the background displays fine but the characters are nothing but poloygons. It's almost like the DirectX is messing up the shapes in the game -- moving characters.
I have checked all the web sites I could find, but nowhere can I find mention of this game (one page with a few paragraphs of tips was all I could find -- no help there). If anyone else had these kinds problems (even with a different game) and solved it, I'd appreciate some input.

Works well! When installing choose the option that takes up more memory when installing, that way you wont get the 'Insert Disk' pop up when trying to start up the game.
Some camera glitches I don't remember from when I was a kid, so I think playing the game without a disk or on such a modern computer may break it a little, but it's still very playable and a fun lil walk down memory lane
