To begin using the software, first Download and Install SysTools OLK Converter .
Launch SysTools OLK Converter software from the installation location or Navigate to Start » All Programs » SysTools OLK Converter » SysTools OLK Converter to initialize the software.
Now add the OLK file by clicking on the Add File button.
As you click on the Add File button, a small window will pop up with two option i.e. Folder and File. You have to browse the OLK file location from the machine.
Folder: - You need to select the main identity folder containing (.olk) file.
Advance Scan: - You need to check the Advance Scan checkbox to export individual OLK files without identity folder. But in this case the attachments will not appear.
Note: The software will not browse the attachments while browsing emails, contacts, calendars separately. But to browse attachments along with the mails you have to browse the main identity folder.
File: - Use file option to browse files. First select File radio button then hit on Browse ... button then navigate to the location where OLK file saved.
Select the file type (olk14, olk15 or .dmg file) which you want to browse and navigate to the location. The software will list only the selected type file
Navigate to the location and select the file and then hit on Open
After selecting OLK file hit on Add button.
Now the software will start scanning, you can view the scanning progress report.
After Complete Scanning it will show a successful message. Simply click on OK
Here the software will all folder in the Folder List section.
Explore the folder and view the emails along with all attributes in right-panel of software.
Hit on Attachment Tab to view attachments of selected email.
Click on Calendar tab to view all calendars attached in OLK file.
You can Switch the screen from horizontal to vertical or vice-versa. Select one which best fit for you.
Export the complete data from OLK file. Hit on the Export button from menu bar as highlighted below.

Select PST as resultant file format and hit on Advance Settings option (if required). Select the folders by checking checkbox as shown below.
Here the tool will provide three advance feature while exporting source file into PST format.
PST Split Option: - Provide option to split resultant .pst file according to size. Specify the required size and tool will create the .pst file of specified size.
Date Filter Option: - You can filter the emails py providing date range. The tool will export only those emails which lies in between the provided date range.
Categories: - Here tool provides option to select the item type which you want to export. Simply check the checkbox beside the required item. At the end hit on Save button.
Click on the 'Browse' button to select the destination folder.
Software provides two option either select existing folder or create new folder.
After browsing the location, make sure that the folders must be checked and then hit on Export button.
View export progress details and wait till it completes to 100%.
After completion the software show you a successful message. Simply hit on OK button and save the export process detail.
Save export process detail in .csv format.
Go to the location and check the resultant .pst file.

To export selected items from browsed OLK file. First Select the emails and then right-click on select email and hit on Export.
Select radio button beside PST to export selected items into .pst file format. And Hit on Advance Settings and apply the advance features if required. After that Browse location to save resultant file. At the end hit on Export button

Software enables you to add advance features, which includes:
Office 365 Setting: - Here you will find an option to use Impersonation. Provide Admin SMTP and Admin Password.
General Settings: - In this you will find option to apply Date Filter option and Categories option.
Select an option to provide destination mailbox. Either select Enter Destination Mailbox radio button or provide destination mailbox in CSV.
To provide .csv, hit on Auto Generate CSV and provide destination Mailbox Name and Password (optional).
Add the User ID and Password in .csv file.
Now browse the generated .csv for export option by hiting on Browse button. After that click on the Export button.

Now provide location to save Export process report in .csv format.
Log-in to the Office 365 Outlook Account and check the exported data.

Select radio button beside Office 365 to export selected items into Office 365 Outlook Account. And Hit on Advance Settings and apply the advance features if required.
After that provide credentials and hit on Validate button and after getting green tick hit on Export
